A clinic site the owner runs herself.

RxAesthetics

I built RxAesthetics’ public website and the private dashboard behind it. She keeps her services, prices, specials and products current herself.

Her clinic, as her clients see it.

The public site carries her services and prices, her specials and products, and her Home and About pages, all of which she edits herself.

Its pages are static: they run no JavaScript and set no cookies or analytics.

The RxAesthetics public home page: the heading “Soft, natural results start here”, buttons to book a consultation and to see treatments and pricing, and a photograph of the clinic’s owner.

Prices and specials, changed by her.

In a private dashboard she edits her services, tiered and sale prices, specials, products, and the Home and About pages.

A price change does not wait on me, or on anyone.

She sets this price in her dashboard. Publish puts it here.

The RxAesthetics treatments and pricing page: the consultation at $50, then injectables, each treatment with its starting price.

How a change goes live

Edit, preview, publish, live.

The dashboard is private, so it is drawn here rather than shown.

  1. Edit

She changes a price, a special or a line of text.

  2. Preview the changes

A list shows exactly what Publish will change.

  3. Publish

One button rebuilds the site and runs automatic checks.

  4. Live

The public site is updated, without a call to me.

Preview the changes

A list shows exactly what Publish will change, and the Home editor previews her page at phone and desktop widths.

Publish

One button rebuilds the static site and deploys it, with automatic checks.

Specials that end on their own.

She adds a special with its sale price. When it ends, a nightly run takes it down, so an offer that is over does not stay on her site.

When nothing is running, her Specials page says so.

The RxAesthetics Specials page on a phone: “Check back soon. There are no promotions running right now.”

Stock counts from Mangomint.

Her Mangomint account sends stock counts to the dashboard, which lists the products running low.

The link carries stock counts only; nothing else passes between the two.

Want a site you run yourself?

A dashboard like this one is scoped to your business, separately from the packages. Tell me what you would like to change yourself, or call, text or email.
