Websites and business systems · Wichita Falls, Texas · working with businesses anywhere

Websites that look like your business and work like a system.

I design and build websites for small businesses, and the working parts behind them: booking through the platform your clients already use, prices and specials you change yourself, and less copying between systems.

Proof · Featured work

A clinic site the owner runs herself.

RxAesthetics

I built RxAesthetics’ public website and the private dashboard behind it. The owner edits her services, prices, specials, products and the Home and About pages, sees a list of exactly what will change, and presses Publish.

The RxAesthetics treatments and pricing page: the consultation at $50, then injectables, each treatment with its starting price.

  1. The owner changes prices and specials, then presses Publish.

  2. A special comes down on its own when it ends.

  3. Each Publish rebuilds the site and runs automatic checks.

  4. Mangomint sends stock counts; the dashboard flags products running low.

Behind the public site

The owner’s dashboard, drawn.

The dashboard is private, so it is drawn here rather than shown.

  1. Edit

She changes a price, a special or a line of text.

  2. Preview the changes

A list shows exactly what Publish will change.

  3. Publish

One button rebuilds the site and runs automatic checks.

  4. Live

The public site is updated, without a call to me.

What I build

What your business gets.

Each part is built into your website or connected to it. A filled mark means the RxAesthetics project shows it; an open one means it comes with every package or project.

  1. A site that looks like your business

Designed around your brand, your services and the way your clients choose you. I write the copy from your details, and you approve it.

Shown in RxAestheticsHer own services, prices and products, on a site built for them.

  2. Prices and specials you change yourself

An editor for the fields we agree, usually prices, specials and selected text, so a price change doesn’t wait on me.

Shown in RxAestheticsThe owner changes prices and specials, then presses Publish. A special comes down on its own when it ends.

  3. Less copying between systems

I connect the tools you already use and automate the repetitive steps between them, so the same thing isn’t typed in twice. Integrations and custom workflows are scoped separately from the packages.

Shown in RxAestheticsMangomint sends stock counts, and the dashboard flags products running low.

  4. Fast, accessible and dependable

Pages built to load quickly on a phone and to work for every visitor, with checks run before each release.

In every projectEach release is checked before it goes live.

  5. Booking where your clients already book

Booking links on every service, or booking embedded in your pages where your platform supports it. Your calendar and payments stay where they are, and compatibility is confirmed before you commit.

In every packageBooking links in Essential; booking connected to your platform in Signature.

What I mean by

  1. Simple editor

  2. Hosting and basic monitoring

Hosting with HTTPS for the first year, and an uptime check that alerts me if your site goes down. Content edits and new features are separate.
